wedding cakes part 1 (2010-20)

If you have never made a wedding cake or want to make that special wedding cake this is the course for you.
You will learn all about wedding cake
What is chocolate biscuit cake?
Can I put fruitcake over chocolate biscuit cake?
When can I use sponge cake? All these questions will be answered.
We will teach you how to ice your wedding cake and make sugar drapes and make sugar lilies and orchids with trailing leaves.
This course is only suitable for students that have completed the beginners course ,

wedding flowers (2010-21)
Starting 9th March 2010

Evening 7-9pm
On this beginners flower course you will make calla lily's, orchids ,carnations,
ivy leaves and mini blossom flowers and
dust your leaves to make realistic and spray your flowers into a beautiful spray that will impress your friends.

Beginners sugar craft course
Morning course 3 day Starting Tuesday 30th - Thursday 1st April 2010
10.30-3.00 each day
One this Beginners course you will learn how to ice a cake make garret frill and piping in royal icing ,You will also make handmade sugar flowers,roses and carnations.
You will also make christening decorations.
3 day course fee € 225.00 (3 day block course)
Birthday cake course (010-30)
On this 3 week morning course 10.30-12.30 ( one morning a week)
You will make a designer handbag birthday cake ,you will a cinderella doll or Barbie doll cake,also suitable for the communion girl cake .
you will make the Car cake Lightening mc Queen .
All the sponge cake and fillings are supply by cake box
Starting Monday 15th March -29TH march course fee €195.00

NOVELTY BIRTHDAY CAKE COURSE
On this 3 week morning course 10.30-12.30
You will make a designer handbag birthday cake ,you will a cinderella doll or Barbie doll cake,also suitable for the communion girl cake .
you will make the Car cake Lightening mc Queen .

Starting monday 12th april -26th April course fee €195.00 (booked out)

3 day course 9.30-1.00 course fee €135.00
Wednesday Thursday friday 14th 15th 16th April
Make your flowers for a wedding cake Roses in the co lour of your choice Arum lily's and carnations with rose leaves and trailing leaves
You will dust your leaves and then spray you flowers into an impressive spray.

A full refund of all deposits will be made should your course not form
A non - refundable deposit of 50% is payable at time of booking.
Cancellations must be made 2 weeks before starting date of your course. .
Failure to do so will result in full payment being deducted .
Due balance must be paid before first class commences.
Fees cover tuition only unless otherwise stated .
Students must attend all classes on time to be awarded certificate of attendance.
Students must comply with current food safety requirements while on the premises of CAKEBOX
Students are requested not to copy or photograph the creative work of CAKEBOX or that of fellow students without permission.
Students are requested not to lend or borrow other students, equipment as this often causes friction.
No student equipment or personal items should be left on the premises after class finishes.
